server not up???? Empty server not up????

guys when ever i try to go into the server it just stays on connecting to server. is the server not up or something???

Its probably not gonna be online from now until friday when we can get it moved to a good connect; its too laggy to do anything and I need to work on permissions and stuff.

ok thanks just making sure its not a problem with my internet because ive been seeing all the posts that say server back up and stuff. thanks
