Advanced PVP idea: Anchor 9

Now we all know that we can go around with pvp on and beat the crap out of each other. but what if we had a city (and yes this is an extension of my previous idea) a city that was very VERY master planned that has sewers scaffolding, jails, buildings, EVERYthing that a normal city has but with one addition.

zakstillwell: okay, well, we make our stand here in this nice PVP town, Anchor 9

Basically my idea of what an everyday battle in Anchor 9 would be.
it would be white listed,and only accessible to citizen up. Griefing would be allowed and would not be reported. every week we roll the area back one week and restart.
only tactical griefing would be allowed and the main rule is to follow the rules of your mod leaders. i love this idea and i think it could attract more, good, traffic to this server.

And i do expect to have some sort of power over this city so i could do things like administrate the violence and keep it from getting too crazy. i will private message you, h31ix and you, spencer with my questions.
