Joined the server and you cant move? Cant chat?
Its probably because you cant read.

When you join in for the first time on the rebirth map, you will need to type /register (passwordTHATYOUWILLREMEMBER)
into the chat, as it says in the MOTD.

When you rejoin, you will need to type /login (thatpassword) and you will be able to move and chat and have your inventory.


Why are we doing this?
This login system will allow us to run the server even when Minecraft.net goes down. When this happens Minecraft's SMP Authentication server goes down as well, and thats why servers are unaccesable at that time - Minecraft cant absolutely verify that the username who is logging in is actually that person. That means during server downtime someone could technically log in with your account and get you banned or something - so this password system keeps random people from using your account because only you know your password.
