SERVER BACK UP

Servers back online. Thanks for your wait - heres whats new.

First off, I would like to throw a HUGE thank you to Tim and Spencer, without whom we would have no server and have worked their ASSES off to get this thing up for you guys, and constantly run the server - something a lot of us take for granted, and I feel like they dont get enough words of praise, so everyone please respond and tell them thanks for everything they do.

Second, the server is now back up and running at these ip's
h31ix.dyndns.org (old, may go away)
mc.h31ix.net (new, here to stay) (see how i did that)
OR YOU CAN USE minecraft.h31ix.net whatever floats your boat.

WHEN YOU SPAWN FOR THE FIRST TIME, IT WILL SAY PLEASE TYPE /REGISTER (PASSWORD)
USE THIS COMMAND AND USE A PASSWORD THAT YOU WILL REMEMBER, BECAUSE WHEN YOU LOGIN AGAIN YOU MUST USE /LOGIN (THATPASSWORD)


our new dynamic map system can be found at:

our new IRC channel (with minecraft integration) can be found here:
http://irc.h31ix.net (type that into your web browser or connect to the channel #h31ix on irc.esper.net from your irc client)
(please use your ingame name as your nickname)

Some assorted new random facts about the server:
Our server now runs on BUKKIT
It is running Minecraft beta 1.3 server
Nether world is ENABLED (you can build a portal to it just like single player, have fun.)
Guest world is currently DISABLED (will be working on that tomorrow)
Memory dumps take place every time a player logs off or joins, freeing about 200mb of memory and decreasing the need for restarts (these memory dumps are seemless, you wont notice anything)
You can now type /helpop (your problem) to request help from an admin
OR
Use /mail (player) (message) to send a player a message that they will get when they log back in.
You can use /tpa (player) to send a request to be tp'ed to that player - if they accept you will be tp'ed, if not you wont.
Same thing goes for /tphere, just use /tpahere to send a request.

The server is currently running on a very low connection, and will be moved friday to a higher 30mbps internet speed.

Also the new (hopefully) permanent map has been uploaded to the server, and I think you guys will like it
