Rule updates

A few new recent changes in our rules that everyone should be aware of:

1) Friends of members on the server NO LONGER get promoted to builder instantly and will need to apply just like everyone else.

2) We will be ENFORCING the rules against using /kill, /throw, /freeze, /kick, and /ban as sometimes I come on the server to see people using these on eachother - and while this can all be fun and games it can EASILY become overused and not be fun anymore - so if you are seen using ANY of these commands on a non-griefer you will have a verbal warning from a mod or admin on your first offence, demotion to builder for two days on the second, and permenant demotion to guest on the third offence.

3) Admins or mods may NOT change the spawn point as this confuses players and causes griefing of the new spawn location.

4) Any new rule that an admin makes is to be FOLLOWED without question, as it will be soon added to the official rules.

5) Admins and mods are only allowed to use invisibility when dealing with a potential griefer.
