New Rule for replying to builder apps

Because most people here don't seem to be very mature, there is a new rule for applications.
When replying to an application,
You may only say yes or no, and a reason.
You may only make ONE post on anyone's app.
Anyone fighting on someone's app will be given only ONE warning,
and if it continues, it will result in a BAN
The reason I'm saying this is because its easier for admins to sort through the yes's and no's
Also. Any applications that have fighting on it will be deleted.
