Monthly Admin and Appropriate ban times

Monthly Admin Ranks -
Send all payments to: effectsdude@gmail.com on paypal and then send me a message on the forums telling me your email you used to send the payment and I will get your admin commands set up.
This payment will help pay for our monthly dedicated server fees

$5 per month (Basic)
Gives you access to:

/tempban 1 m/h/d
(bans a user for the selected time, all bans must follow appropriate ban times)

/kick user reason
(kicks the user from the server with the given reason)

/up blocknumber
(takes you up this many blocks)

/tp user
(teleports to a user without asking for permission)

/tphere user
(teleports a user to you without asking for permission)

/kill user
(kills the selected user)

$10 per month (Advanced)
Gives you access to:

Guest - White
Builder - Light blue
ADVBuilder - Blue
SuperBuilder - Orange
Mod - Red
Fuhrer - Pink
Admin - Purple

Unofficial (Unearnable) Ranks:
NO3 - Grey - These are people from my gaming clan - Nitrate Gaming.

Appropriate ban times:
* - Requires a first action
* - Requires a second action
* - Requires a third action

First action - text warning (in game and on ventrilo if possible)
Second action - Kick from server with appropriate reason
Third action - Temporary ban

Excessive killing - *** (4 h ban)
Disrespecting players *** (8 h ban)
Advertising * (48 h ban)
Excessive swearing *** (1 h ban)
Massive Trolling (disrupting the server) *** (4 h ban)
Spam ** (4 h ban)
Ignoring admins *** (4 h ban)
Abusing votekick *** (8 h ban)
