Squid300 ban/rollback

In game name: Squid300
Banned or rolledback for: Guess what... griefing krons house!
Extra information: Bigbrother ftw, yet again.

squid300 is very sorry and i have talked to him and he is just new and started 1 day ago and just bought the game. it was an accendent and he didnt know a bout our rules yet. he will read the rule book and he is very sorry and will not do it again.

1) LET HIM TALK FOR HIMSELF!
2) Rulebook? WTF? :L
3) When you join the server it clearly states if you grief you will be banned! So yeah being new has NOTHING to do with it.

we have a 100% 0 tolerance griefing policy on our server - he clearly broke glass releasing lava krons house, which is not something that normal players do - and if you did by accident you would patch it up. He is permanent banned and will not be allowed to return.

how can u just pach it back up if u just started and u dont get anything from glass what r u suposed to do

1. I said good players and non griefers do not break other peoples stuff in the first place

Maybe you dont know how often we get excuses like "oh, he is new to minecraft" or something like that from their friends, but we get it a lot. People come onto my server and think they can get away with it, and big brother catches them and we ban them. End of story. Also I have had multiple people tell me that they thought he was a griefer.

2. he never shows any signs of trolling. ever.
3. he creates an appeal that has a 3 prong thesis and a short essay of why he did it and why he wont do it again.
if he were do do all of this. i would vote for an un-ban. i think it is legitimate that if he had never played on minecraft multiplayer before, that he would have never heard of griefing and therefore would make a rookie mistake.
