I don't know if you want to fix this or not, but if you have an untouched pickaxe/hatchet/shovel/ironsword, and type in "/kit toolkit" it will not only reset the items to full health, but it will stack them too. So you can fix or ignore this, I don't mind. Just thought I'd let you know.
