Listen to this!

Ok so i came up with this idea yesterday. we are having trouble with 3 things. 1. griefers. 2. lag from to many people. and 3. annoying guests. so to solve all of these problems we do this. (H31ix listen to this) first off we go and lock spawn. and i know you say but what about all the annoying guests? i will get to that. second we make it so the only guests that get to become builders are people directly, in server, requested people. so only friends of friends should be let in. this way we can trust people and we know who to ban if griefers come. the requester. so if i recommend ericC to the server and he griefs. we both get banned. that will reduce random people coming in. and third. to prevent the dogs locked in spawn from barking. we make it so guests cant talk and that only other builders can speak for the new guests. this over all makes it so we have more, trustable people. we have less over all people on the server at a time. and no more annoying guests wanting out of their diamond and iron cage.

How do u stop ppl from using chat? And why dont we just make server private and put a password?

I could probably do it, but I agree it makes much more sense to make it private if we were to do that, but I DO like having people come in, just not annoying people, lol. maybe we should have a question when they log in that says
hi! are you annoying?
if they type /yes then they get banned,
if they type /no they arent

if you put a pass it would just get shared eventually. and cant you make it so you have to be at least builder to chat?
or so that you have to enter something when you come into the game to talk?

I think we should make it so ppl have to answer an attitude quiz and then they can get in for trial of one week with no ability to speak or destroy to see if they are ok for the server and then they can become members of the server or they could have to pay 5$ a month to play on server or a donation of some amount cause who would pay to grief and get banned? So ya i might have more ideas but for now thats all i have!

Now I have thought about requiring a donation to play, but I would get REALLY flamed for this, if you have ever heard of godcraft they charge $5 to play and they are raged at allllll the time and because people always acuse me of being a sub whore on youtube that wouldnt be good XD

plus we really dont NEED donations from EVERYONE...

I think making the server private would be best and only let friends of members in to get rid of grieving and lag at spawn and annoying guests. I don't think anyone is going to want to be on a server for a week if they can't do anything and I'm willing to bet no one would pay money just to start off as a guest. The best way to get people to donate I think is to give superbuilders commands that adv and builders don't like the freeze and kill

i think we should make an diffrant city then the spawn point and set upt basic things and make a random quiz but im not with the dontation
if i would have to pay for minecraft every time then i rather play WOW and pay for it

easy, free, can do voice chat and just chat etc, easy solution XD so lets use ventrilo

cause if everyone uses vent it will suck for some ppl cause it will annoy the heck out of them
