suggestion

i still think we have to many users how about that guest town and other ppl in other places and when guest come for weeks they can get out that would limit the number of ppl in server.... Or we could keep only ppl from 3 weeks ago and older to the server.... so ya thats it

I actually really need to know this because I have been thinking about it, its completely do-able and I have reasons for both doing it and not doing it, but I DO need to know so vote people pls.

ups: grief of major building reduced
no annoyness of ppl in houses without permission
less ppl on server
less lag
downs: lot of ppl wanting attention
lot of grief repairing in that town
lot of accusations

The way I see it
PROS:
A ton less griefing
CONS:
Annoying assholes wanting to be let out
Basically reverts us to our old system of signing up and you can't leave until you do which I hated
I want people to be able to see the whole server

I had the idea of making a class where people could go wherever they liked, but couldnt build or destroy - so that might be a better way to go about it.

but when i said less ppl on server i mean some ppl might give up and be like **this sucks im getting oput of this dump** see wat i mean? but ur right and thats a cool idea just set their number to -1

err im not going to post a specific yes or no by voting because I think their are applications for both, but honestly big brother does tend to handle griefers so i would probably say im leaning towards keeping it the same as it is now..

Na lol I mean the plugin we use to log everyone's actions which is called BigBrother.
There are some rare cases where we cant fix a grief, but I have only had this experience once..

i think we should have payers apply to get onto the server if were gonna stop new players from coming in

the one i couldnt fix was the rollercoaster because of problems with the plugin that I have now fixed..

and tim thats what we used to do but i hated it it was a ton of work..

I think we should have a guest town waaaay far away from everyone else so they can't do any harm. If we do decide to close the server I think we should allow people we know in real life in that we can trust, that way the server doest die off

if we only let ppl from real life i guess a lot of ppl are gone! sooo ya me too btw id be gone!

The way that i see it is that when we have people on the server, it lags. if less people were on then we could function better and stop accidentally falling into lava. and you have to take into consideration that griefers gonna be griefers and will alway find ways to annoy the shit out of us. but the main thing is that we have a sort of community and within that community we have people that we can trust. ex me dan h31ix spencer tim addi. all those guys, (and sorry if i missed you) should be kept in and used as a reliable way to liberate the griefers so that when it does occur the said griefer is banned and we move on. plus the current system, although its more of a democracy and gives non-admins a say in the server, is kinda annoying and just maybe instead of h31ix having to always get the annoying guys to builder rank manually, we just make it so guests cant talk and you have to be referred to the server by a current player. like i did with addi1997. that way the annoying people wouldn't be annoying and we would have more, trustable people! just saying.

im with the plan that ppl should get spawn WAY far away from us and when they join ou server they can buil where they want but when they are geust then they have to prove them selfs first like i did
PS when they spawn in the geust town they should have a wall that renegerate

Yeah im probably gonna move spawn to a new location, as spawn is really ugly as it is, and current members will know where stuff is and be able to use the portals, but guests will have to roam around...

Yeah what helix said, but I think guest town is the better option

hear hear. builders have to prove themselves first.
