Please Turn Creepers Off!

I am fine with mobs but creepers, just urch!
Near spawn I was walking and huge craters have formed because they blew up D: And I lost all my stuff! I had a full inventory of Cobble and around 64 diamond! :'(
Please can H31ix sort it out?

creepers are put it the game so that you don't just build forever and not have to worry about your creations getting destroyed. And while it IS an smp server... we just should be surviving from zombies and "skelingtons". (reference from yogscast) plus what is the point in having things blow up anyway? i think you should change it back h31ix. oh and we might get craters confused with griefing. a lot more work for you admins...
